Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Bei der Verpflegung gibt es noch Potenzial nach oben. Außerdem wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Frühstück nicht dabei ist. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir dies mit gebucht hatten. Auch als wir zwischendurch die komplette Rechnung bezahlen mussten, wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Frühstück nicht mit dabei ist. Desweiten hat die Zimmerkarte mehrmals nicht funktioniert. An der Rezeption hat man nicht mit einer Sprache gesprochen. Da wusste der eine nicht was der andere dem Gast erzählt. Ich weiß nicht ob ich ******* oder das Hotel irgendwie weiterempfehlen werde bzw kann.

Allein das Gebäude und die Adresse: Reeperbahn 1a sind schon spektakulär. Die Steinwurfentfernung zum Operettenhaus, zum Schmidt‘s Tivoli nicht zu toppen. Lounge und Bar einfach grandios. Frühstück mit Ausnahme des fehlenden Grapefruitsaftes toll. Zimmer mit grandioser Aussicht auf Michel., Bismarck, ein bisschen Hafen. Sich mit einem Glas Wein in den Sesseln, Füße auf die gepolsterte Fensterbank am Abend und mit einem Kaffee am Morgen, einfach toll. Anbindung über die U3 zum Hafen und die Innenstadt sehr nah.

This is a standard business hotel at the start of the famous Reeperbahn in Hamburg. Service is good and friendly. Rooms are spacious but a bit sterile. Breakfast is served in an adjacent building. Due to its location I believe this hotel also to be suitable for tourists. It is nothing special but a solid, straightforward business hotel that serves its purpose well.

Es gibt viele zweifelhafte Absteigen auf der Reeperbahn, das Arcotel Onyx setzt da einen wohltuenden Akzent in Sachen Niveau, Qualität, Sauberkeit und Seriosität. Ein großes helles Foyer sorgt bereits beim Einchecken für eine positive Einstimmung. Die schicken Zimmer einschließlich des einem Bullauge nachempfundenen Fensters (leider nicht zum Öffnen) erinnern an eine Suite auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Einen Parkplatz fand ich schlussendlich im nicht weit entfernten Parkhaus Millerntor (20 €/d).

Ein geräumiges und sauberes Hotel mit Stil. Die Zimmer bieten reichlich Platz. Das Hotel ist Zentral und direkt am Eingang der Reeperbahn. Das Frühstück ist spitze, es bietet für jeden was. Selbst Vegane Frühstücksvarianten. Wir waren zufrieden

No human touch or contact. Receptionist is not receptive. Calling reception results in them dropping my call and then I was held on a line for ages. No toothpaste, utensils or shoehorn in the room. Wanted to ask for that, but never got a chance. Breakfast is ok, but the bistro in the next building where it is, was fully packed. Not a relaxing atmosphere at all. Room design is dope though. Internet works. So there are good sides.
