Tolles Appar**ent mit allem was man brauch. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen.

The best home away from home when visiting Hamburg.
Large clean and very comfortable rooms. The service is amazing, and the views are unbelievable.
Lots of food options at walking distance.
I would book here again and again, and again! :)

Das Hotelzimmer alles topp. Zwei Einzelbetten neben einander wäre noch besser. Der Türrahmen zum geräumigen Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne könnte erneuert werden.

Good location with easy access to the city center by foot or by bus and taxi. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some cafes nearby where you can grab a quick breakfast, and at night, you've got a few restaurant choices too! Highly recommended!

We actually really like the Clipper Boardinghouse on the Elbe. This time, however, was very disappointing. The heating, blinds and music system didn't work. ***** were found in the kitchen (!!) and the service was poor in some areas. What a pity. Clipper's response to their feedback questionnaire was also disappointing... A week and still no response. If I found ***** in my apar**ents, I would take good care of the disappointed customers.

Es war wie immer alles super! Tolle und große Zimmer, die sehr modern eingerichtet sind. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut! Am schönsten ist jedoch die Dachterasse. Im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht hellhörig. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, nett und kompetent. Wir werden wiederkommen. Weiter so.
