Water temperature in the shower could not be adjusted properly. Toilet door kept sliding open by itself. Sink didn't drain.

Wir haben die erste Reise mit unserem 6 Monate alten Sohn gemacht und uns das Hotel aufgrund der tollen Lage ausgesucht. Aber es war viel mehr als das! Wir wurden unglaublich freundlich empfangen und durften das Zimmer früher beziehen. Ich hatte im Voraus nach einem Babybett gefragt. Dies stand bereit und zusätzlich eine Wickelmatte, eine Babywanne, ein Windeleimer und ein Töpfche. Sogar ein Stofftier lang im Bettchen. Auch sonst war das Hotel einfach sehr, sehr schön, sauber und das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel war preislich etwas höher als andere aber man bekommt wirklich sehr viel dafür. Wir kommen jedes Jahr am Hamburg und werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür( perfekt für Familien oder nen Girl*****). Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr große und gute Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt super zentral, wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very helpful young guys at the reception desk on Sunday night who helped me get a restaurant reservation in the City. Super friendly and efficient. They also gave me a tourist booklet on Hamburg which I also appreciated. Very nice breakfast buffet.

This was not a pleasant experience, despite there being good people employed throughout at the hotel......this hotel was/ is inept at handling overcharges to my credit card, and did not respond to emails addressing these issues. This failure to address a customer's problems does not bode well of an entity calling itself a "luxury property", and has clouded my opinion of my stay at this hotel. I would suggest that you do not pay for anything in advance (like taxi service), and look for additional charges at check-out. My suite had holes drilled by mistake into the tiles in the shower, and the remedy was simply to caulk over the holes......this should not have occurred as it did. The breakfast was good as was the service. I've had closets bigger than the sauna. Overall, I would suggest that if you want a luxury experience that you look elsewhere.

Wie immer sehr, sehr schön! Sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, super Service, sehr freundliches und korrektes Personal.
Zimmer auch wunderbar...hier und da ist es aber sichtbar dass das Haus 12 Jahre benutzt wurde...!
