Great hotel if you want to visit the nearby zoo.my room was Africa theme,everything is well designed

Long and very comfortable stay. Beds are a bit soft, gym is very well equipped. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Our room was cozy and quiet, very clean. The bed was also comfortable. We had requested an additional bed for our 4 year daughter and the hotel has well prepared it, our daughter slept really well. The hotel has attractive interior. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, just enough choice, there was also a kitchen corner for the kids (my daughter loved it). My daughter received a few small gifts from the hotel and was very much excited! Thank you for the nice stay and the special attitude towards kids.

At the breakfast was a corner with lower shelves so kids can get some breakfast by themselves. The selection of food and beverages was great. All staff was very friendly; our 1 year old got even a toy as a present.

Friendliness and service mentality of staff, location. Very big rooms clean and quiet . Nice view from the windows.The location! Amazing.Has an elevator which I need. Good breakfast. Such an old building with a soul, restored and redecorated in the original style.

Good 4* hotel but can expect better. the value for money is not so high. flexibility is not good enough according to me and my experience. the staff is kind and helpful. the diner was relatively poor and the same for the breakfast.

The hotel has very comfortable and very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay and I would return if business ever brings me back to Hamburg. It it just a couple minute walk to the U-Bahn and a grocery store.

Great wellness hotel. Nice sauna with a lot of clean towels available. My only Complains are: Breakfast and in-house parking are expensive. I find 26€ / person to be a bit too much for a breakfast. Also, parking your car around the hotel might be problematic.

We stayed here for a concert at the barclays arena near hamburg stadium. Close enough for convenience. Zoo and aquarium next door. Good transport links. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bathrooms. Good lobby bar 👍🏼

The hotel is truly fantastic, the pictures are great, but it is even better than I expected. The discount to hagenbecks tierpark is an added bonus! The room was wonderful, big, well air conditioned and very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of options including freshly cooked omelettes and waffles. The gym too was so much better than expected, often times a hotel gym is a disappoin**ent, but I was impressed with this one - the machine's are resistance based, shoulder press, abs and rows etc plus a rower, cross trainer etc. The dumbbells go up to 22kg, theres also pilates and yoga equipment and floor space too. Very very impressed overall and will be returning
