Hotel with 5 star ambitions, very nice lobby - Rooms are very simple and lower standard. Gym is not airconditioned and very, very warm. No coffee or tea possibilities in the room (not even coffee powder available). No iron or ironing board. No turndown service. Closer to an OK 3 or 4 star hotel

Das Hotel ist schön und gut aber NIEMALS für sein Preis Wert ! Die Zimmer so teuer aber dafür sehr rustikal.Der Preis dieses Hotels kann man echt nicht nur Mit Lage rechtfertigen. Das nächste mal in Hamburg werde ich nicht dieses Hotel buchen.

Unser bisher bestes Hotel Hamburg. Großartige Lage, tolle Zimmer mit sehr schönen Blick auf die Landungsbrücken und auf die Stadt. Die Zimmerpreise sind im oberen Segment. Die sehr zahlreichen Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, ob an der Rezeption oder in der Gasstätte "Waterkant" oder auch in der Bar. Das Frühstück in der Gaststätte in der ersten Etage war sehr gut, es fehlte wirklich nichts. Das Buffet wurde ständig, auch nach 10Uhr, komplett aufgefüllt. Der Preis für das Essen (28€) ist auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt. Die 20up Bar ganz oben im 20. Stock mit einzigartigem Blick auf den Hafen ist sensationell, eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Besseren Service an der Rezeption haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Tolle Leistung. Die Uebernachtungspreise sind angemessen. Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Auch hier war das Personal hinter den Kulissen und an den Gaestetischen stets höflich und flott unterwegs.

Mega tolles Hotel, mit einem unbeschreiblichen Ausblick auf den Hamburger Hafen. Das Zimmer hat tolle Zimmer. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist unbeschreiblich! Es fehlt an gar nichts… immer wieder gern. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine tolle Überraschung aufs Zimmer.
