Convenient transportation, shopping area, tourist attractions, backed by the port, complete facilities, various room types, and shaped like a big ship. The service is very good, clean and tidy.

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb den Landungsbrücken. Alle Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Die kleine schmale Terrasse vor dem Hotel bietet einen schönen Blick über die Elbe. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, da wir am Morgen nur Kaffee/Tee zu uns nehmen. (Um die Ecke am SBahn-Ausgang war eine Schanzenbäckerei im EDEKA mit einem schönen Café. Das hat uns gereicht.) Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Mittag/Abendessen auf der Terrasse war sehr schön (ggf. am Morgen einen Platz reservieren, da die Terrasse sehr beliebt ist.). Die Fischgerichte waren hervorragend und die Preise bewegen sich im mittleren/etwas höheren Bereich (wir sind Münchner Preise gewöhnt deshalb waren die Fischgerichte - und auch Wein - für uns günstig.) Die Tower Bar öffnet um 18 Uhr. Unbedingt vorab reservieren, sehr gut besucht. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, ebenso zwei Sessel zum Verweilen. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist sehr viel zu erreichen.
Eine nette kleine Überraschung zum Geburtstag wartete im Zimmer.
Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass eine größere Bar mit mehr Sitzplätzen zur Verfügung steht.
Die vorhandene Bierstube ist zwar gemütlich, aber es gehört Glück dazu einen Platz zu ergattern.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt.
Sehr hat mir der Blick auf Hamburg beim Silvesterfeuerwerk aus der 7. Etage gefallen, den Eintritt hierzu sollte man jedoch nicht so hoch ansetzen.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel und wurden jedesmal freundlich empfangen. Es ist sehr sauber, die Lage des Hotels ist unbezahlbar. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen im Port ist sehr besonders.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hotel 4 stelle, ma gli arredi lasciano desiderare...dislocato in diverse strutture,non si capisce molto, la reception è da una parte, la camera è da un altra parte, si entra si esce, un labirinto. È ottima la posizione per visitare la città, con stazione metro attaccata. Check out alle 11, alle 9 ha bussato un cameriere entrando senza darmi il tempo di aprire io la porta dicendo che alle 9 dovevano pulire...Fatto presente alla reception la risposta è stata solo "ci dispiace "...potevano offrire un caffè per il disturbo, non si sbucciavano mica...Troppo caro per il tipo di hotel e i servizi, non tornerò.
