Holiday Inn Hamburg - Berliner Tor Reviews

We stayed a week while visiting our son. Breakfast was good to excellent. Staff serving very good. The bar /restaurant at the hotel was good. Prices were similar to outside. The room furnishings were ok/budget quality. No drawers for clothes. The bed was comfortable. Convenient to Berliner Tor subway station (8-10 minute walk). During our stay there was road construction all around which made access from the subway a little challenging. I would stay again. Budget hotel at a convenient location for us.

Good value for the money considering the location. The room is clean and nice. If covers the requirements (clean, comfortable, acceptable location) of a hotel. I'd definitely do it again.

Hotel is close to the airport and city centre. You can easily access all attractions from there. The breakfast’s variety and taste was surprisingly good. I fully recommend you to stay there. The only thing is hotel does not provide any toothbrush and paste etc. don’t think you will have when you arrive

Overall no complaints, just one thing, it takes abt 30-40 min to check in. Only 2 people working even though a check in queue is forming 😂😂😂

A very comfy and nice hotel. Breakfast was very reach and there were lots of different dishes to choose from. Rooms very comfortable, beds cozy. I liked absolutely everything. I give this hotel five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super Hotel.

Great hotel. 5 minute walk from Berliner Tor Subway Station. Quiet location and safe. Close to a number of other hotels. Good size room, very clean, very comfortable bed and good quality cotton sheets and pillow cases. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were very helpful and also efficient. A good place to stay

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The hotel is one stop away from the main train station Sban. It's very convenient. The hotel facilities are relatively new. It's on a high floor and the bed is wide enough. Overall, it's a good value for money in Hamburg.

The room type is very good, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The front desk service is friendly and the gym facilities are a bit sp****, but they are sufficient. The most surprising thing is that there is a sauna room, which is beyond expectations!

The hotel is not bad. I was in a hurry when I went there, so I don't have much impression. Parking is inconvenient, but fortunately the German traffic police are very nice and no fines were imposed

The hotel is very new and well-equipped. There is no coffee or pot. The access code is very good. There is a parking lot next to it. The overall feeling is very good. It is three kilometers away from the central train station.
