Als Zwischen-Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sehr klein - sowohl der Schlafbereich (ins hintere Doppelbett nur über den kleinen Spalt am Fußende zu erreichen) als auch das Bad. Aber alles ist sehr neuwertig. Safe im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist recht ordentlich. Nettes Hotelpersonal.

Leider wurde bei der Buchung nicht angegeben, dass in der zweiten Etage Flüchtlingsfamilien untergebracht sind. Die ganze Zeit wurde laut geredet und die Kinder sind rumgerannt. Man wurde angemault als man gebeten hat ruhiger zu sein und mir wurde von einer Ukrainerin gesagt, dass sie bis 22 Uhr machen können was sie wollen und ist ist mir bis zur Rezeption gefolgt und hat mich beleidigt. Ich musste zweimal zur Rezeption und bitten, dass man denen mitteilt ruhig zu sein. Schrecklich und ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Hatte nicht damit gerechnet, dass ich für 100 Euro in einem Flüchtlingsheim unterkomme. Unverschämt.

My hotel experience was mediocre. The staff’s lack of warmth was evident, and there was a noticeable absence of a birthday greeting despite it being my special day. Disappointingly, the room size didn’t meet expectations, and despite my Gold member status, the requested upgrade was not granted.

The hotel was just OK for the price. The breakfast was OK, the room was small but clean, etc. I was a bit suprised they charged for parking considering their parking wasn't full and it was in an area that is relatively residential but the price at 5 euros wasn't ridiculous, either. Nothing special.
