Die erste Nacht war das Zimmer viel zu kalt und heizte nur sehr langsam auf. Es waren nur Sommerdecken verfügbar. Das Frühstück war halbwegs ok aber wenig Auswahl. Der Rezeption gefiel es nicht, dass unser Sohn herumrannte. Familienfreundlichkwit sieht anders aus.
Die Große des Zimmers war sehr gut und die Betten bequem.

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated.
Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld.
A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Charming hotel that makes you feel at home. Nice rooms. Quiet. Nice surroundings. Easy access to city center of Hamburg. Excellent breakfast. Everything was great accept the lack of room service during a 3 night stay, i.e. no cleaning or fresh towels.
