The hotel is near the main fire in Hamburg, in the middle-eastern area, the streets are full of Alibaba, there are many people, it is very crowded, and it is not very clean. In the middle of the night, there are people partying on the roof of the hotel next door. The hotel itself, no one at the front desk, go to the hotel next door to check in, the room is ok

4 Personen Zimmer reserviert, Zimmer war sehr eng , nur 2 Betten, Boden Sau dreckig, kein Shampoo, kein Klopapier, Kein Hygienische Regel gecheckt z.b. Korona test … kein richtiges Hotel, check in nebenbei bei anderen Hotel , Beschwerden wurde unhöflich reagiert . Ich habe 2 Nächte für mein Geburtstag reserviert aber alle Freunde abgelehnt da übernachten weil für 4 Personen nur 2 Betten gab es , und alles so peinlich war , nur ein Tag übernachtet und dann abgehaut , ich möchte mein Geld zurück, und würde ich niemals vertrauen von ihrer Seite was buchen .

Det levet op til det vi forventet ud fra hvad vi har betalt for opholdet. De var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Ja det er et ældre hotel men der er rent og der er så rent at man kan gå i strømpe sokker ned i receptionen uden at få beskidte føder. Og badeværelserne var nye så de renovere lige så stille kan man se :)

Vi havde bestilt et stort 4 værelse med 4 enkeltsenge men fik et lille med en dobbeltseng og en enkelt seng mast sammen på meget få kwm, men folkene var flinke og beliggenheden ganske god.. lidt rabarberkvarter, men i fon gåafstand til centrum…. Men vi fik ikke det vi betalte for… 👎

Mein Badezimmer war im Flur, angeblich nur für mich. Aber es wurde offensichtlich auch von anderen genutzt. Alle Türschlösser, die ich während meines Aufenthalts genutzt habe, waren ziemlich unsicher. Als alleinreisende Frau alles eher unangenehm. Das Bad war jedoch sehr sauber.

Good to know that this area is not very good and clientele can be special. In our case the other guests were very loud at 2am. We had to abort our stay after one night since we could not sleep well. The doors opening and closing were very loud and could be herd from our room which made it difficult to have uninterrupted sleep. Good price overall.
