Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!!
I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WOMEN. Contruction going on. I emailed support - they were remote and just said sorry, he is allowed to do that - BY EMAIL. What do we know about their background checks? I Never want to use a hotel on ********** that doesnt have on site services, its not safe for women. ********** gave me a refund and another room. How dare they?!
