Das PremierInn hat neuerdings laut Rezeption keine Zimmer mehr in denen man die Fenster zum Lüften öffnen kann - nicht einmal auf Kipp. Damit verbunden kann man die Heizung/Klima/Lüftung ebenfalls nicht bedienen, weil es zentral vom Hotel geregelt wird, die Bedienfelder im Zimmer sind deaktiviert. Badezimmer nur bedingt geputzt, Duschwand sah aus als hätte sie nachdem vorherigen Gast gar nicht geputzt. Das Angebot vom Early-Checkin hat bei noch keinem Besuch geklappt. Sollte man ggf. aus der Email rausnehmen als „Angebot“. Ich war wegen der für mich optimalen Lage gerne im PremierInn St.Pauli, aber mit dem Nachlassen des Service und vor allem wegen der Fenster-Thematik (ist das erlaubt bzgl. Brandschutz?) war es der letzte Besuch - freut sich die Konkurrenz in der Nachbarschaft

An der Bar ist man nicht in der Lage einen vernünftigen Beleg zur Zahlung zu geben. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich den Beleg benötige wurde ich angewiesen mit den Worten „Ich will darüber nicht diskutieren.“ Keine Empfehlung für Geschäftliche Reisen.

Zentrale Lage für Hafencity, Reeperbahn und Fischauktionshalle und zur Innenstadt inkl. Landungsbrücken, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den öffenlichen Verkehr, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Wunsch Zimmer wurde bereitgestellt, sehr gut geschlafen. Wir kommen wieder im Mai.

Die Herzlichkeit begrüßt einen schon am Empfang.Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber, leider war unser Bett für ein älteres Ehepaar zu klein. Doch uns wurde am nächsten Morgen, nachdem wir am Empfang unser Problem schilderten ohne Zögern ein anderes Zimmer angeboten und wir konnten sofort , ohne Aufpreis, umziehen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch ein Premier Plus Zimmer empfehlen da unser Zimmer räumlich klein war und wenig Ablage zur Verfügung hatte. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut und die netten Mitarbeiter machen manches wett. Lage sehr zentral Fenster sehr schalldicht Preise in der Hotelbar sehr normal Wir kommen wieder!

Very nice hotel overall. The room was nice, the staff was nice and guided me about the subway. The hotel is situated very near the expo walking distance of 15 mins, the hotel is new too so we everything was new. Overall a peaceful experience stay there no complains what sorbet

Es gibt nur eine kleine Sache die mich uns stört das wir 2 Zimmer buchen müssen nur weil mein Sohn schon 16 Jahre ist. Er darf nicht alleine Buchen aber wen wir als Familie verreisen mussen wir ein Extra Zimmer Buchen. Das verstehe ich nicht ganz. Und das Parken ist sehr Teuer. Es gab auch Gäste die haben umsonst geparkt wie auch immer die das gemacht haben. Aber sonst sind wir mit allem zufrieden.

Overall, an acceptable stay at this budget hotel. Check in was quick and we were allocated a room on the first floor. Initial impressions of the room were not good, the room was extremely small, obvious stains on the carpet as if something had been spilled and large marks/scuffs on the painted white walls. There were no drawers to put clothes in and a very small/compact hanging rail. The window in the room overlooked an overgrown waste ground. Given we didn’t intend to spend a lot of time in the room we accepted it for the relatively low price we paid. The bed was comfortable, as expected with premier Inn and the shower/bathroom area was clean and usable. Shower door did not close properly resulting in shower water escaping and flooding the bathroom. On our second day we returned to the room late afternoon, 4pm to discover housekeeping had not been and the used wet towels from that morning remained. Quite annoying given we wanted to return to shower. I went to reception to be told they would get someone to change the towels, no timeframe given so we just left the hotel again. When we returned later that evening the towels had been changed. A budget hotel and acceptable for the price. I would not stay here again given the issues we faced.

Sehr netter Check In bei Stefanie, die sich unserer Wünsche angenommen hat. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof liegen sehr ruhig mit grünem Blick. Eine angenehme Wohlfühloase in der Brandung St. Paulis. Wir kommen gern wieder.
