Obwohl das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, befindet es sich in einem top Zustand. Leider ist der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig und nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und professionell. Im Zimmer haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt und das Abendbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war frisch und wurde stets nachgefüllt. Die Bar ist gemütlich, das Servicpersonal zuvorkommend. Die Anbindung an Hamburg mit ÖPNV ist nicht ganz einfach, mit PKW aber recht schnell. Parkplätze am Haus gibt es genug. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gefallen · Ein etwas abgelegenes Hotel, aber sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung um mit dem Auto in die Stadt oder zur Autobahn zu kommen, diese liegt nämlich unweit von Hotel - stört aber nicht durch lärm. Hotel war sehr ruhig. Es ist ein Hotel mehr für Geschäftsreisende oder auch Handwerker wie ich sehen konnte. Von daher ist die Bewertung auch eher auf diese Zielgruppe gerichtet. Parken und Frühstück waren sehr Preiswert. Gesamt habe ich 140,00 € incl. Frühstück und Parken gezahlt, und das obwohl in Hamburg gerade Messe war und alle anderen Hotels total überteuert gewesen sind. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig - zum Abend gab es Abendessen in Buffet Form für 22,50 €. Also auch ein guter Preis. Personal war sehr nett und freundlich - immer mit einem lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Zimmer selber war zweckmäßig und gut und hatte alles was man so benötigt und es war sauber. Flasche Wasser war kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer und einen Kaffeeautomaten gab es auch. Es ist kein Luxushotel aber für den Geschäftsreisenden voll ausreichend und gut.

Great customer service and friendly staff! The place was clean and cozy, and had all the amenities you’ll need. Great place if you come by car - I did not however, but there’s an hourly bus connection a few minutes away, and other frequent bus connection a 15 minute walk away, so overall definitely not poorly connected, but if you are unable to walk for long that would be worth taking into consideration.
I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice from the outside at least.
