A really average hotel, nothing much to say. The wall is a bit thin i can even hear the snores from the next room, but it’s actually ok. Not so near to the metro, but jus a 10 min walk with luggage. The bed was fine. Staff is with ok attitude.

Nice place to be. Receptionist were really helpful.

Good stay but location little bit far away from city center

The location is great in Hamburg!

It was clean. The front desk staff spoke English, which was reassuring. There were no slippers and not many amenities, so you had to bring your own. I was able to stay overnight without any inconveniences, so I'd like to use it again.

It wasn't super clean. Very noisy all night. Both outside and inside the hotel. Breakfast was adequate.

Everything was great, clean, great location! Gladly again :)

Feels good and affordable

Very pleasant staff

(+) Room was overall quite good. Not so big but enough for 2 people, bed was comfy. (+) Location near to U-Bahn and not far from the city center (+) Breakfast was quite good with some variety (-) The receptionist was new when we checked out and we wanted to take our valuable stuff that we kept at reception safe, but it took 20 mins for her to find our stuff and we had to hurry to go to the train station (-) Bathroom was a bit small and slippery, must be careful especially for older people & pregnant woman

Everything was good. Beds were comfy and breakfest was very good. Hostel ir near metro station and near Lidl. Nice stay!

The expectations were fullfilled for my students and me. During the second night some guys did not keep the sleeping hours.

We liked the location, it was clean, warm, quiet, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. We liked the pancake machine:) The breakfast was a bit monotonous after a few days. I would like to see each day one extra dish that is available only on that day. For example one day scrambled eggs, the other day hot sausage, next day extra salad etc. Also there were no mugs for tea, only glasses and cups. Anyway, a nice place for a budget family stay.

the location is really good near to the center there is ubahn station righnt next to the hotel. there is a also a lidl very close so that's good and the staff are very nice and friednly and was very welcoming would recemmoned it and definitely going back
