Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut fantastisch. Vom Moment meiner Ankunft bis zur Abreise fühlte ich mich wie ein geschätzter Gast. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, stets bereit, meine Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, makellos sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die ich brauchte. Das Hotel bot auch eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen wie ein Fitnessstudio, einen Pool und ein hervorragendes Restaurant, in dem ich köstliche Gerichte genießen konnte. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls ideal, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Das gesamte Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Pflegezustand ist eher mäßig. Das Bett war gut aber das Badezimmer nur teilrenoviert und einen Vorhang als Duschwand ist nicht gerade der Hit. Der Flachbild-TV ist auch schon älter und das Bild war so schlecht, dass man das seinen Augen eher nicht antun sollte. Die Fernmbedienung funktionierte auch erst, nachdem ich die Batterieklemmen entrostet hatte. Mein Zimmer zeigte zzur Starße was recht laut war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß genug aber der Speck war kalt und das Rührei lauwarm, und es gab zwar 6 Sorten Flakes aber keine unbehandelten Haferfloken oder echtes Müsli. Die Tiefgaragenzufahrt ist auf der Rückseite, was man wissen sollte.
