Very nice service, the facility is located away from the center, which has its advantages and results in perfect silence. Breakfast is also very good, as is dinner and lunch. The facility is very clean and recently renovated, the interior smells new. I will definitely recommend the facility to other clients. Good access to the center, there is a bus stop right next to it and a tram a little further.

위치는 역 앞에여서 좋았어요. 함부르크 내에 호스텔이 많이 없어서 했는데 어르신들이 너무 많았습니다..화장실 샤워실 룸에있는거 말고 층에 공용으로 있는데 거기 쓰세요 넓고 좋아요

The price is quite favorable for this location. It is a family hotel. Except for the small bathroom, everything else is OK. There are many places to sit in the lobby. Check-in is quite troublesome. You have to wait for a long time and fill in forms. It is not convenient for people who don't understand English. It was difficult to find the hotel at first. It felt like a cafe.

It is ideally situated in between the central bus and train stations. Bed is very comfortable and honestly, had one of the best sleeps I had on my first night (when there was only two of us in the room). My second and third night were ruined by new guests that were snoring way louder than the rumblings of the train passing by lols. Had great view from the room window. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly; truly appreciated that! 👍☺️
Oh! And the elevator is erm… unique 😛

The bathroom is too small. It is better to use the showers in the common areas. It is good that it is right in front of the train station.
