I stayed here for one night for sightseeing. It's conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the central station. There was some information about the safety of the area, but I didn't have any particular issues (although I was a little worried when I headed to the station early the next morning).
The room was simple and had a fridge. There was no kettle. There weren't many options for breakfast, but it was good value for money.
There were no problems with the WIFI either.

The hotel's location means that public transport, shopping streets, museums and tourist attractions are within walking distance. Room cleaning was problematic and not good. Breakfast is adequate. But the best thing about this hotel is the lovely receptionist Duha, who with her extremely friendly manner, genuine interest and helpfulness takes care of all matters promptly and ensures a pleasant stay.

4 night stay while visiting Hamburg.
Friendly staff, very warm welcome.
Easy to access hotel, well served by public transport.
Simple but complete breakfast, good quality.
The room furniture and decoration are starting to date but the cleanliness is impeccable.
I will return to this hotel with pleasure.

Very out of date decor in the room. Mzmy single room was ok but very basic and not nice as such. Breakfast also very basic. If i wouldnt eat egg as a vegetarian and cheese i could have only had jam..
My pillow was lumpy. When exchanged the one i was given turned out to be another blanket.

Check-in took a very long time. The lady was thorough, but the gentleman was very unfriendly. And I had to pay twice. Once online at *******, then again on site. It was stressful getting the money back
