空間好大，真係一個apt. 有廁所，有廚房。 有兩間房，各有2張單人床拼埋一齊。乾淨企理。但絕對唔係圖片中嘅新裝修，係紅色地毯個隻。family 真係唔好揀呢區，好多無家者周圍走，又有中東大媽問人攞錢，晚上時間，有一個男人訓咗係大廈門口，差啲嚇死。

We don't know have to go to other hotel to check in and get the key. It would be great to have the information when making the booking. It's really annoying when we have late arrival and rainy day, we still need to carry our luggage to other hotel and come back.
Also, they have few homeless sitting in front of the entrance. They are nice and polite but I still feel unsafe.
I have paid for the Breakfast, but the reception said didn't see it in my booking. He was kind and maybe can feel that I am already exhausted and anger. He just gave me a Breakfast voucher and WiFi password. If not I think I will have a long waited until he found out the package until midnight.
Breakfast have to go to the hotel which we have checked it.

Apartment type, simple single room with twin beds, which can be divided into two single beds by yourself. Breakfast is a minute away on the second floor of another hotel. Breakfast is very simple, bread and sausages. You can cook, there are kitchen utensils and refrigerators, but there is no microwave, range hood, or oven. There is no elevator.

The hotel is clean but lacks slippers and the wifi here is very bad. I couldn't connect while I was here. Not too disappointed because the price is suitable for the service here

The stuff is kind, the room really clean and organised. For me wasn’t a problem, but a person who can’t sleep with noise must look for another place.

It was in a nice central location but it needs to be Made clearer which hotel one needs to check in. Got to the one that I was told too, then was directed to another hotel. The room needs to be fixed, some tiles are cracked and are lifting up. Overall it was fine to sleep in and have some food but would recommend that it needs updating. Also a lot of drunk people or those that take ***** sit outside. So it’s a bit uncomfortable when you are on your own.

Poor reception at reception upon arrival. Otherwise ok service. Disgusting environment outside with many outcast and exploited people. Good condition of the hotel and the room. However responsive.
