Check-in karg besetz und nicht direkt am Hotel. Telefonisch kaum erreichbar. Bei Verspätung wurde das Zimmer storniert und behauptet es wäre ausgebucht, obwohl online Zimmer zur Verfügung standen! Geld wurde natürlich abgebucht. Null Kulanz. Wenn ich könnte , würde ich 0 Sterne geben!

it was among the cheapest in the city and with parking, which was essential for us. Unfortunately the car park was not available and they showed us the one at the station which all in all is a 500 m walk away. check in from 3pm and not before in a different place from where the room is located. the gentleman is very kind anyway. the room on the top floor is not bad, large with two adjacent rooms and two bathrooms. modern bathroom furniture good and clean. carpet and desk chair cushion to be washed or better yet put in new ones. I couldn't find the wifi but maybe there was. my mistake for not asking. not a beautiful multi-ethnic neighborhood, a little dirty but all in all safe

the neighborhood was probably not what we had hoped for, almost Istedgade 30 years ago. But the surprise was therefore great when we saw the room, which was both tip top in order and the staircase where it was located as well. Note note the keys must be picked up somewhere close to a covid test centre, this is where you get a little unsure if you have booked a dubious overnight stay.

Check-in times have been adjusted after our booking. First we could check in until 12 noon. Suddenly adjusted to 7 p.m. We came back from vacation and couldn't get there before 7 p.m. Tried emailing, chatting and calling. No message and no answer! Ultimately booked another hotel. We tried everything to get a refund, but because it could not be canceled we did not get a refund.

Wir haben das Hotel im Januar 2020 gebucht und wollten Ende April 2020 gehen. Durch den bundesweiten Lockdown mussten wir unsere Reise absagen. Über die angegebene Telefonnummer ging niemand ran. Der *********** Service kann uns auch nicht helfen. Wir haben bis heute unser Geld nicht wieder zurück bekommen. Geht gar nicht. Werde ich definitiv nicht wieder buchen.
