I arrived at night, but there was no staff, so I waited for a long time, and the staff asked me to pay again, but they asked me to pay again, and when I contacted Trip.com, they said it was all paid.... They said they didn't know, but I wonder if they really didn't know. The location also seemed like a slightly dangerous neighborhood.

Very clean. The breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient. Pleasant staff.

Unfortunately, I had to change my previous very good review because I am now extremely dissatisfied. This is my third or fourth stay at the hotel. I have also been there privately because I like it a lot. But I am usually here on business trips. There were problems at check-in yesterday evening and I was charged city tax, even though this was already included in my cost coverage. I stood there for about 15 minutes and one of the employees said flippantly that she hoped I had brought time with me. This same employee rolled her eyes and told me word for word that she had already explained it to me three times. Her colleague who came over, however, was very nice and I just paid it. I have another booking from today and was told yesterday that I could stay in the room and would only have to pay the city tax again this morning. So I went there this morning and stood there again for more than 15 minutes. In this case, however, all the employees were very friendly. I could not be checked in because it was apparently not possible to charge the cost coverage to the credit card. A solution could not be found at that moment. So I currently have NO access to my things. I find that strange. City tax has of course already been charged again (although I am not actually paying for any of it - as I have proof of cost coverage). I then contacted the booking portal for my business trips and they cannot reach anyone at the hotel. I really do not know how this can be. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. It's a shame. I will probably stay in the hotel more often (assuming this can be sorted out now) as the location is good and I like the rooms themselves. But I cannot recommend it, at least not for people who want to check in in a relaxed manner. I have only had good experiences with all other PremierInn hotels in Hamburg. From check-in to check-out.

Great hotel for business trips. The room was a great size, everything was clean and the bathroom was very modern. I was able to check in very late, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient. I am satisfied and would happily come back

Super centrally located hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The S3 S-Bahn line, which is a 5-minute walk away, is perfect for getting directly to the Landungsbrücken or the Reeperbahn. The only drawback: parking garage fee of €25 per night. We were lucky and managed to get a free parking space on the street.
