We are super satisfied 😃
Hotel is centrally located, train station a few minutes walk away.
The hotel and the room are very clean and all basics were more than met. Towels, washing lotion and soap are included free of charge. The breakfast is ok, I think it's really great for this low price, there are various sweet and savory offerings, all warm cold drinks and boiled eggs, there was even gluten-free bread.
Price performance ratio - really great!
I would have liked a small play area for children or something to paint etc.

It was a little far from the center and the station, but it was a beautiful hotel. I think that the staff's response was good as it was and it was a good place to stay at a good cost performance.

Great service, only the hot/cold vending machines had problems, but that may be due to the fact that not so many guests were expected. You could still work on that. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate the guest. Praise the brave warriors.
If we travel to Hamburg again, we will check in at this hotel again.
Oh, what should also be mentioned: Super connection to the S1 and U3, which go in all directions

It's a bit far, but it's close to the station, so it's ok. The room was spacious and clean for two people. The bathroom was also clean.
The price is also very reasonable, so if I go to Hamburg again, I think I will stay here again.

When you enter, you'll find the usual modern, pleasant, bright a**osphere! Very friendly staff, clean and very quiet room (facing the back courtyard), breakfast with a great selection, lots of organic, regional - beautifully presented. Great fresh rolls. Coffee and tea/drinks selection also great. The breakfast area and buffet were very spacious and nicely laid out. Only about 5 minutes walk to the Berliner Tor stop (S1+S2)! Absolutely top location and you can't hear the street or construction site inside. One small drawback is the smell of the drain in the bathroom and the hairdryer could do with replacing. It was very worn, sticky and therefore not pleasant to use. Hence one star deducted. But all in all, I would happily stay at the B&B again. Definitely recommended!
