As visitors we found it difficult to locate where to park our car because it is not clearly marked nor mentioned on the website. Lots of construction so streets cut off. No bottles of water in our rooms. No refrigerator. Parking cost 24€ even for quests who paid for 2 rooms! Some employees smile while they are serving you and others behave begrudgingly and have a frown on their face. Very regimented.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, we were able to reach the city center very easily and quickly because it is located on a street with plenty of public transportation. Our room was at the back and we spent 4 nights very quietly and peacefully. Our room was clean. There was no heater in the room. There was only air conditioning, but it was not very efficient. Fortunately, the weather was not very cold while we were there, so we did not catch a cold. The hotel is modernly designed. We liked it and would choose it again.
The hotel is really very nice and also well connected <. Public transport is available in a few minutes and around the hotel are some food and shopping facilities. The hotel was very clean and the rooms also looked very well maintained.
As a small contra we would just say that in some rooms (even in low floors) you cannot open the window.

Simple breakfast, the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the train station, there is no restaurant supermarket nearby, there is parking lot, if it is self-driving, the room is OK, the hotel is relatively new.
Room basic. But nice large shower. Strange that the personel both at check in and leaving did not speak english. You should expext that at an international hotel.
In the holliday inn, the rooms are too small, the rooms are too small, and the hotel is next to the red light district, going south and west are the red light districts, there are more drunken people in the evening and early morning, and the public security situation is average.
