My fav hotel in Connecticut. Cheap and clean

It’s a good place to go but they need to be more active with the housekeeping they never showed up to clean my room

The hotel is on the side of the road, easy to access by bus. You only need to walk 1 minute to the bus stop. In front of the hotel there is a fuel filling station and there is a small shop selling snacks & drinking water. The hotel bathroom is clean, looks like it has just been renovated. The floors in the rooms in the corners are not clean, there are traces of paint falling off, maybe because of the old building. The room heater in one of the rooms we rented was not functioning properly. Requests to clean rooms can only be made after 3 days of stay by informing the hotel before 11 am. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In the room there is a microwave and coffee maker, you cannot boil large amounts of water, only 1 glass. There is a laundry in the hotel that you can use using quarter coins.

Carpet was old cigarette burns. There was essentially no cleaning service. Very low value for the price. I never stay there again.

Wall plates in swimming pool by shower falling off. Wall paper coming off walls. Hets in jacuzzi do not work along with time. Please smell the someone was smoking Pot shower heads showers at pool bad. This place is not worth the price

Good value considering the much higher rates locally...... Never been the cleanest area of time but still good place for a short stay... Very convenient to 2 major highways and tons of retial , fuel , convenience areas. Bottom line is I always book there when I go back East...... ALSO great din er right across the tight little parking lot......

The room was fine, nothing special. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and the shower had no hand grabs and the floor of the shower was very slippery.

It is hard to find a place to start: At check-in we were assigned 3 different rooms before we found one that was serviceable. Then the heat stayed on all night until we finally had to turn the unit off. Room was soiled, rugs look like they have never been cleaned, closet door was inoperable and we could hang clothes.Breakfast was minimal, unappetizing and the coffee was atrocious. We would never stay there again.

This place was absolutely filthy. The young man at the desk at check in was very kind and switched my room after I requested it because of the horrible stains in the first room. The second room was not too much better. I stayed here for one night while traveling, but would not recommend this to anyone for any length of stay for any reason

This hotel need over all cleaning, maintenance, personnel, training, etc etc The price is totally wrong and need to be reviewed.

Torn towels, broken toilet seat, mirror pulled out of the wall, hair dryer with wires exposed, band aid and disgusting stuff on side of bed, ***** hairs on the bathroom floor and in a drawer. They were surprised when I told them. They said it was "the bestest room."
