Tolle Lage, super freundliches Personal und die Apartments sind sehr schön, die Hotelzimmer sollten Mal renoviert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das mein Zimmer "alt" war, ist kein Problem für mich. Aber auch bei einem 3-Sterne-Hotel kann man ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit erwarten. Beim Öffnen der Fester fiel einem der Dreck von mehreren Jahren entgegen. Staub wurde auf den Schränken auch schon länger nicht mehr entfernt. Noch schlimmer: Schimmel überall im Bad! Ekelhaft. Ich habe Fotos davon gemacht. Da hilft es leider auch nicht weiter, dass das Personal sehr nett war. Schade.

Relação qualidade/preço péssima.
Colaboradores frios mas nem por sempre eficazes. we feel not welcome.
Pedi cama casal por e-mail. Não me deram cama de casal.
Não aconselhável a pessoas alérgicas a animais.
Pequeno almoço OK.
Limpeza de quartos: mínima. camadas de pó na casa de banho e manchas de algo na mesa da televisão.

Das Hotel zur Börse ist ein gutes Hotel für einen Besuch der Hamelner Altstadt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut. Das Frühstück war für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas eng. An einem Weihnachtsmarktwochenende war das Hotel gut gebucht.
