Overall a reasonable stay.
But, beware that the walls are paper thin and this is a popular place to host wedding receptions. There was a 3AM after party in the room next to us, and we could hear everything like we were there. The hotel staff quickly handled it after we complained.

Volleyball tournament weekend and the Starbucks staff on Saturday/Sunday morning (Lisa and her colleague) were awesome! Friendly , upbeat under very busy conditions. We ate in the restaurant at closing time Saturday night and they were quite accommodating after a long and busy day for both us and employees. Just a great experience in a revitalized downtown area.

This was a very nice and clean hotel with great service and a great breakfast. But the sheets on the bed were so rough it was like sleeping with sandpaper. Horrible!!

Property in great location but facility needs updated
Poor lighting in rooms, towels stained, tile worn and chipped, bathtub stained, view of river was really view of roof

I always stay at the Courtyard Hamilton Ohio and It’s always been wonderful! I have zero complaints. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate and they are friendly, professional and eager to help. The Marriott is our home away from home.
