Fantastic trip and can’t recommend the gold lounge staff strongly enough! Rolly, Pascoal, George, Peter and Vitoria made us feel like family and helped us with everything we could possibly have needed. The only thing that kept this from a five star review was the loud music at night and dj during the weekend afternoons that were unreasonably loud and really disturbed the otherwise perfect stay.

Rolly, Pascoal, George & Peter made our family stay incredible memorable, and took care of our every need in the Gold lounge. We were able to get milk & snacks for our baby and loved chatting with them every day. Such a great experience in the heart of Hamilton

A fantastic birthday stay for us. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, it was excellent service. Staff we very friendly from the Gold team. They went above and beyond our expectations. We will comeback again. Special thanks to Pearl in reservations for all of her recommendations.

Lovely first evening here -late night meal after arriving off the flight . Superb service and friendly smiles from Stacey who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome . Tomhi was also a superstar despite being a Man Utd supporter ! Really great vibes from this place - made by the staff they have - we will definitely return .

Brunch at crown and anchor the service was excellent ploy was amazing and had the best vibes. He was very attentive and made my experience very fun. I had a great time and would definitely come back again. He made sure to take our plates and refill our drinks

My bed had a huge crater in it but besides that, this place is worth every penny. The staff in at Intrepid/Crown & Acher are THE BEST! Especially, Chondo! (Ask to be seated in his area, and tell him Khyra sent you 😊) Also, Diamond- the housekeeper is also amazing). My only suggestion is to make the family pool, the adult only pool.

We stayed for 1 week at the hotel and booked the Fairmont Gold lounge. Rolly, Pascoal and the entire staff were in the lounge provided the best customer service we've ever experienced. It was a pleasure to see them every day and we can't wait to come back.
