Chef Sanjay was great. Very helpful and prepared breakfast as well wanted. Very nice cook and excellent person to talk to.

The location is very good. There is a river next year. It is really comfortable to walk along the river in the evening. The nearest supermarket is only a 10-minute drive away.

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay at this property. We haven't been really active on Accor brands as we are top tier with Marriott Bonvoy. But our recent stays across several Novotel locations will make us consider building up more stays with them.

Location is good. Bed is comfortable. But the carpet and the corridor looks old. Also have to pay parking fee for NZD52/night .

Very good service. It’s right in the CT center. It’s convenient to eat anything! It’s also close to my friend’s house. I went to Hobbit Village, but I still came to this hotel to stay just to sleep more comfortably😌
