Great location, arrived Tuesday afternoon for Graduation Ceremony at Waikato University, had dinner 5 doors down, perfect for our plans, great room, clean, comfortable, we booked the family suite, road noise wasn't a major problem, hotel car park was convenient, overall, good value for money.

The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants a plenty just across the street in easy walking distance. The room was good, bed was comfortable and great for a short business trip. I was disappointed with the breakfast, the hot food looked like it had been out for some time, the selection of cereals was limited and the cold meats and cheese were average.

The room and bed are relatively small. But the location is very good, right in the CBD in the city center and the price is very favorable. Great value for money.
The hotel has free and paid parking spaces. $15 a day, much better than the Ramanda underground garage in Queenstown. We will put the guest's name on the parking space in advance to help reserve a parking space.
The disadvantage is that the corridor feels very stuffy!
