The American breakfast is almost the same. The hotel is in a good location, with dining and parking. Marriott's hotels are better than general hotel chains, and it is more convenient to drive to tourist attractions.

Our stay at Home2Suites was very enjoyable from check in to check out. We were there for four days. We were greeted by Deidre upon check in. She was quite pleasant and personable. Unfortunately once we got to our room it smelled of dog and not very fresh. We asked to be switched to a different room. Deidre was very accommodating and assisted us in finding another one. She was so patient and kind. Upon day three we spoke with Morgan and asked for our room to be cleaned. She stated that she would get in touch with Housekeeping and make sure it was taken care of. We returned from a late lunch to a very clean room. Housekeeping did an awesome job and Morgan delivered! We also requested additional towels and washcloths which were provided right away. The location of the hotel was close to most places, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga. As a Hilton Honors member I was very pleased. Clean comfy hotel. Breakfast was good and staff working hard to make sure area was clean and stocked. Eggs pancakes sausage cereal oatmeal bagels. . Front desk people very nice. Fridge but no microwave or coffee maker. We had some leftovers and were able to heat them in the kitchen area. Coffee and tea available in lobby 24 hrs. Ample charging ports. Nice place for single stop but for 2 people staying awhile, I would book a hotel with a larger room. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area of Chattanooga. Our checkin was a breeze and the warm welcome we got from the sweet lady during our evening arrival 3/23/22 was a big-smile bonus. Our room was clean and fresh. A shoutout to the cleaning crew, who undoubtedly have a tough job: you nailed it. Everything was spotless, right down to the mirrors, kitchen & tabletops. Thank you! Breakfast was hot and fresh, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from a hot Homewood Suites breakfast. The biscuits were cooked perfectly today. The breakfast crew was smiling bright and cheerful, we especially appreciate that. A stay at this hotel was a great way to start our day and end our week.

This hotel is in proximity to restaurants and stores if you don't want to be downtown. The breakfast is delicious and the common areas are well-kept. The rooms are clean on the surface, but there were cobwebs and mold. Do not expect service when it comes to your room. The first night upon going to bed (10pm at the latest), we found a soiled spot, not a stain, on our duvet. When we called downstairs we were told we would have to come down to get a clean one as there was only 1 person working. When towels were requested after the 2nd night we were told the same. We saw people on the elevator hauling linens up in trash bags. We had to take our trash to a receptacle. After the third night we asked for a cleaning, as policy states, and told it would be done. It wasn't. I realize things are different due to Covid but the lack of service was disappointing.

If being saturated in the smell of sewage (I assume from the nearby city sewer system), being terminally tormented by the tedious sounds of traffic, cringing all night at the excruciating cacophony of construction activity, wincing at the grating sound of city vehicles cleaning streets and emptying dumpsters outside your room all night, being deafened at 4 a. m. by a diesel delivery truck parked outside your room running their refrigeration units at 120 decibels and clanging on metal unloading ramps loudly enough to wake the deceased, and a general unawareness of and indifference to your suffering and the very idea that a lodger might wish to sleep at night are what you seek, this hotel is for you! The hotel was clean and neat inside the room and conveniently located near City Cafe and a public transport stop, however, the notion that a lodger might desire sleep seems to have escaped them. In my personal experience Hotel Bo now has pride of place for providing (or not providing, rather) the worst night of ”sleep” (torture, rather) at a hotel that I have had in half a century. I honestly could have slept in my truck in a Walmart parking lot and been happier and more rested right now. I find it humorously ironic, I guess, that I arrived after midnight due to a difficult journey thinking I would crash hard and sleep through any disturbance a hotel might have the capacity to conjure up in the night, not knowing that the fates were already laughing devilishly at what they had planned for me at Hotel Bo. So, here I sit at City Cafe (since 5 a. m., by the way) musing to myself about my own idiocy. Caveat emptor.

Very clean and very close to tourist attractions like the Ruby falls. Overall good value for money and recommended for couples or single travelers. Staff were very helpful when checking in and when we checked out we left an item in the room by accident. The staff here were very helpful at returning the items to us. Thanks for a good time.
