A fabulous hotel. So much fun!! All the rooms are named after something Italian; I stayed in the Pavarotti room with a hot tub. Bliss!!

Maleeha was very welcoming I had a very bad cough and my husband needed sleep well for work next day She accommodated us by changing the room into two beds and it was complementary very kind Hotel is super clean, quite and enjoyable Will always be my place when I come to Hamilton

The location is East Mountain with great views. Atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The room was terrific and the bed was so comfortable. Pricing was excellent. The cleanliness of this hotel is top shelf, our room, the lobby and the grounds are inviting and fresh and clean linens. Personally, I am a tad neurotic for clean, and this hotel ticked all the boxes. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. Cindy went over and above to ensure our room was perfect. Rose petals on the floor, coffee and tea stocked, and the robes are very plush and comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel several times and we have NEVER been disappointed. It's the only hotel we stay in when we visit family in Hamilton. We will continue to stay here every time we visit this area.

This is such a great hotel! The rooms are amazing, my kids loved the pool and the Restaurant (Baci) is great! Maleeha at the front desk was amazing! She was super helpful and welcoming. She is truly great at her job.

Lovely stay with friends to kick off March break. Maleeha was very helpful with check in ensuring my room was next to my friends so our daughters could play more easily (including an upgrade, thank you!!). Bedtime milk and cookies for the kids was a lovely touch! Pool was fun, clean and warm; kids had too much fun!!

Was charged $50 more than stated on line. Restaurant ruined my fun so at 630 pm I head to 3rd floor,  put my sleep clothes on and watch TV. A few minutes later I hear a heard of bodies running down the halls. A dozen 9 year old girls it was. My floor and the floor above me. Took 4 calls and 2 and half hours for me to suggest moving to another room. Breakfast was the wrong order and it was cold, greasy and wilted. Shower water took 15 mins to warm up, no air vent in bath.

Parking was easy, food was good and reasonably priced, the staff were amazing, the rooms are lovely.
