This is a proper 4-star hotel where everything is built around guests and making sure that every need is satisfied. Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer. There is also access to small private beach with loungers.

Everything was perfect rooms where spacious and clean, the are well cooled air conditioner works very good, they have smart tv with netflix wich is cool, mini bar great for cooling drinks, room have safe also and a nice balcony view. Personal's were welcoming and polite Food was great decent quality and many choices. The outside is big and overall great view Clean swimming pool and clean beach. Everything is well organized. Very calm place not crowded Only negative thing the is no annimation for kids nor adults But overall great hotel and great quality of service. Deserves 5 stars no doubts

Old, tired, but clean.
This hotel is old and tired, but clean. The buffet options were not to our North American tastes but suitable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Had an excellent time at this hotel, located in a port El kantaoui staff are lovely, the room was well serviced with fresh towel and sheet and and flowers everyday! A nice touch. This hotel benefitted from a beautiful pool , spa and a clean dedicated beach. The only thing

Didnt provide water and ac didnt work . Location was good however needed updating very old property and beach wasnt good . Lots of jellyfish . Breakfast was great !

Very bad food and very limited choice The FREE indoor swimming pool is very dirty Very dirty beach.. it smelled so bad Discrimination between Tunisians and foreigners The spa and thalasso is overrated and very expensive, I tried a massage that was a diaster ..
