Been going to this hotel for a few years now wouldn't go another but could do with more for all inclusive

Good location
Food can be repetitive but not too bad
Rooms very dated
Wi-Fi needs to be reset throughout the day
Very very loud music every night from either the My Way bar, the new Bistro Ozark or from the pool area. There is no way you can escape from it

Rooms on first floor seem to get WiFi from reception, rooms on upper floors don’t

Could be a lovely hotel but need a refurbishment to the bedrooms and bathroom, very dated
Constant noise from very loud music downstairs til 11 then when that goes off even louder from the club downstairs til 5am
