Royal Azur Thalassa

Amazing staff, wonderful buffet with nice food and outstanding venue. The suite was beautiful full with a fantastic view and two toilets.Just missed the hairdryer and the iron, once requested we received the next day. However we definitely will be back!

Unlike my family, it was a very first time visiting Tunisia. We chose this location as a part of the package from the travel agency. Firstly, the design and atmosphere at the hotel is very unique and boutique-like. There is some music and dance entertainment at night (which we really enjoyed) but mostly it is peaceful and quiet. It is perfect place to socialize. There are many chairs and coffee tables in the lobby and in the garden for lunch coffee or dinner cocktail with friends. The bars have a very broad selection of drinks. At our time at the hotel, we mostly went to the buffet, but additionally we made our way to Tunisian restaurant. It is very beautifully designed, the food was awesome. As for buffet, the selection is magnificent, slightly changes every day, from sushi and oysters to hummus and traditional chicken with peach and plum sauce. Yum. We went to the Spa at the hotel 5 times. Our highlight - Sahara Hot stone massage done with 4 hands. First time us encountering this done with 4 hands and it was heaven. We went there 2 times for that. The facilities at the spa are great, some tea offered, lounge, the swimming pool with jets and other things inside and outside. Special thank you to the Staff of the hotel, who make your stay the best ever and are gems. We wanted to say thank you to Hana and the team at the front line, always so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Aziz and Lassan at the swimming pool for being awesome. Big thank you to Chedli at the restaurant for always being super attentive to my family and I. The housekeeping ladies are very sweet and always leave your room squeaky clean! Thank you so much everyone for the beautiful holiday and perfect first time visiting Tunisia. We will definitely come back again.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Azur Hammamet. It exceeded all my expectations. Great welcome with warm smiles and impeccable service. My room was nothing short of luxurious. I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The hotel's dining options were outstanding, and the staff were truly kind and helpful. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. I can't wait to return!

This hotel is not a five star. We had to wait 6 days to get a shower repaired. The last maintenance guy said it had been connected wrong. The food is always cold. Lots of little cakes etc. Some of the waiters in the restaurant and bar are 1st class. Some sheets and towels should never leave the laundry as they have holes in and stains, not good at all. There is no dress code for the evening restaurant, we think that it very poor. I could go on and on.
