Fantastic for the price we paid clean and nice staff very nice looking place loads to eat and drink within walking distance only downside no tea or coffee making stuff in the room, woold absolutely stay again tho and definitely plan to soon, BBQ grill place near by had amazing food

Once checked in, we went along a corridor and old elevator to the 2nd floor. The smell that prevails does not suggest anything good. Once we arrived in room 25 (at the front of the building, parallel to the railway), the room also smelled musty. Cleanliness is not too bad, although it cannot be called a cracking process. So open a window to get some ventilation. That is a life-threatening operation, as there is no fall protection on the window and it opens barely 60cm above the floor. The sink was cracked. Dividers for shampoo or soap empty. The tissue dispenser is empty, but there is garbage in the box. Actually the hotel is not recommended. €74.00 for a substandard hotel, without breakfast. The only recommendation is to book another hotel in advance. Price/quality definitely not recommended!

Old hotel in an ideal location. I had to work in the Bauhaus and that is a 10-minute walk away. I specifically requested a room at the back because I didn't want to be bothered by the station. The hotel is old and dated. The room was fine for the price (59.00). The bed comfortable and everything was fairly clean. There was a heavy smell of perfume and a lot of noise could be heard from surrounding rooms.

Landing lights constantly flashing = electrical fault. Light above bed missing with wires hanging down in terminal blocks not taped up. Bathroom window rusty and paint missing around window frame. Dust on top of several things in the bathroom.
Convenient for station and comfy bed is all I can say that is good about the place. Just like a cheap Belgian hotel in the 80s, but it wasn’t cheap!

I found black hairs in the bed (I am a blonde). The bedding was very worn and synthetic. I asked for a quiet room but instead I was kept awake by two woman. They screamed and chatted in the hallway, rustled with plastic bags and slammed doors until deep in the night. I had a strong impression they were working girls because I heard men come and go. When they came in they tried their card on every door and set of the 'wrong key' alarm on every door. This process repeated every 20 minutes or so. Before I came I asked th hotel for parking information and I got no reply. Also the wifi password was wrong but the staff could not tell me the correct one. The hotel is outdated and it smells of smoke despite no smoking signs. The staff is unfriendly.

My stay was very peaceful, no problems with the room or the bed.
Afterwards, my opinion depends on a solo stay for work, which may not correspond to expectations for a tourist stay and with several people (especially with children).
