This hotel was very dirty and definitely should not be a BW+. The only thing that had been done in the room was the sheets and towels were changed. No vacuuming, dusting or floor washing. I have stayed at BW+ in the past and been very pleased but not this time. I would definitely want to see the hotel in person before ever booking with BW again.

Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.

I reserved a month ago on ********** a suite room with a king size bed, a sofa and a kitchenette for September 29, 2023. When I arrived at the hotel, The clerk at the front desk gave me a room with two double beds. I told him that's not what I booked. He replied, I can't do anything. He tells me that his superior will call me back to discuss the situation. No call from him. I even wrote him a note explaining the situation. No call again. Two days later I emailed him and still no response from him. Conclusion: Very poor service!
