935 Ocean, a Beachside Inn

Excellent location, the room has everything we need, clean only need little details but was clean. Nice atmosphere. The price was razonable. We want to come back on the summer.

Fantastic stay views and food …we go later in season as we like to navigate traffic free we are native New Englanders and venture out for the beauty not the traffic hustle and parking

Room was very clean and nice. A few outlets did not work. We never came in contact with anyone our entire visit.

The room was much smaller than we expected, especially for my husband being 6 ft 5, but it was very clean and worked for the night.

Amazing place at a great price especially with the Ocean being directly in front of you. Place is older but has been remodeled nicely. Bathrooms could be a bit larger but most important everything was extremely clean. We needed early check in which they told us they would try to accommodate and they did which was great. The best part was the communication between staff members, when I spoke with someone else the day of arrival about early check in she new exactly who I was and why which was a great start for our stay. We will definitely be booking staying at the 935 again...

Room was spotless, mattress and pillows were excellent and the person on duty was very helpful!

The positives to start; Its in a great location, the room was lovely, facilities good and the sunrise was breath-taking but this was all over shadowed by our experience when we arrived jetlagged at 11pm off a long haul flight and were stood in the dark and cold not being able to get into our room! I am a travel agent and after booking, as normal, I contacted the inn to confirm my booking and to let them know we would be arriving late, they assured me by email, this would be no problem as a code would be emailed the day before we arrived. We didn't receive the email or the promised codes despite me sending a chasing email the morning of our day of arrival. When we arrived into Boston from the UK at 9.30pm having not had a response to my email, I called the number supplied and the advisor assured me that late arrival was no problem there would be someone there to meet us at 11pm. There wasn't and because we didn't have an esim with calls the local MacDonald's manager kindly let me use his phone to call again at 11.15pm, I was grateful that someone answered and we were given a code, which was incorrect, so another trip to MacDonald's and another call made which gave us the right code. We finally made it inro the room after midnight which was a total relief as we really thought we would be sleeping in our car! We unfortunately left before the office opened in the morning, so were unable to follow this up so I sent an email to provide some feedback on our experience and a week later I have had no response hence this review. I would have loved to recommend this hotel to my clients but unfortunately can't risk the same happening to them.

Very clean very nice place good views and everyone was so nice would absolutely stay again

The room was spotless and when I had an issue with my billing they were very considerate and were able to take care of the issue. I appreciate this action very much.
