Nice place to stay. Was quiet, clean, and the owner was very friendly. Not too bad of a price this time of year. They do require $100 deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the room. All rooms are no smoking, which is nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Hampton.

Enjoyed our stay there, extended a couple times. There's $100 deposit when you check in. Not sure if we got ours back or not. Didn't smoke in the room or cause damage. Quite place.

Stayed here for two nights. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and in a nice area. Within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store

Room was clean and modernized. Coffee in AM was good (real Kurig type)
2 minor issues: thermostat was flaky if turned on at all even at lowest setting room got really hot, so had to turn off all the way.
2 AM people next door arrived and were VERY noisy, sounded like throwing luggage loud talking etc of course this is not the hotels fault but was very annoying.
