Nice place to stay. Was quiet, clean, and the owner was very friendly. Not too bad of a price this time of year. They do require $100 deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the room. All rooms are no smoking, which is nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Hampton.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He gave great customer service which you don’t find very often these days.
The negatives are: I found hairs in the sink & toilet that weren’t mine, dirty bath/shower handles and when I folded down the top bed cover there was a stain on it. I reported the stain to the gentleman at the front desk and I know he’ll take care of it.

Enjoyed our stay there, extended a couple times. There's $100 deposit when you check in. Not sure if we got ours back or not. Didn't smoke in the room or cause damage. Quite place.
