Wow! This was even more amazing than we expected. The room is absolutely beautiful and so clean. It was spacious and the kids had a blast in the bathtub with jets. It is located right across the street from the beach. We will definitely come back if we make our way to New Hampshire again.

We really loved this place. The room was artfully decorated, and had nice wine glasses, and a great tub. The owner was really great and told us some great stuff about the area. Great location out of the fray but right near the beach. We will go back!

The whole experience is amazing the views are breath taking the place is fantastic to stay at all the staff are so friendly and helpful the location is perfect for any form off vacation Waking to the sound of the ocean on a morning makes your stay wanting to never end Will definitely be returning

Beautiful clean room very accommodating . The view of the ocean was spectacular. Very safe. I have stayed here before and had always had a great stay. The bed and sleep sofa bed were very comfortable. The kitchenette had a toaster oven k cup machine and microwave. Loved sitting on the dock watching the waves

We found this hotel at the last minute to finish off our 30 year wedding anniversary week. It was a great location to get in and out of. Private parking. Great view of the ocean. Plenty of room to relax. Bed and pillows were comfy. Would have stayed longer but the room was booked after us.

Property is very well kept. Room was immaculately clean and decorated very thoughtfully as it enhances the pleasure of being there. The room was immaculately clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Superb stay, would highly recommend.

It's a bit of a walk to the beach, or to dining/bars, but the accommodations are well worth it. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Great stay. Only cons were the room was a little dirty in the corners and countertops; tissues and lollipop sticks under the couch. Fans need to be cleaned. The beds were also rock hard; though doable. Great location for Hampton or Jenness beach. Bring salt and pepper ! Overall great weekend! Close to kittery outlets and Portsmouth
