Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable from a hotel location that I have spent over 10K dollars in stays over the last 2 years. My credit card was charged MULTIPLE times during my stay for god knows what, tying up funds and forcing me to go down to the front desk to see what was going on. Never got a straight answer from the front desk manager "Quinto", who tried to blame it on the Priceline booking when the bank/billing showed the charging party to be Holiday Inn Express. The hotel drained my credit account, and I was NOT compensated until at least 3 days after I left. It was a giant run around and lies. lies, lies from the hotel staff. These guys are sleazy, be warned. Also, be wary of the food served to you at their lousy breakfast buffet: It appears they don't really care to monitor the temperatures of the milk they offer, as seen in the pictures, was a nice nasty surprise for my morning cereal. See Pics. This place has declined so brutally over the last year, I can't believe Holiday Inn allows their name to be attached to it. Do yourself a favor and just pay 20 bucks more for the Hilton next door.
