Incredibly rude owners, disgusting rooms with mold, water stains, terrible smells. Treated absolutely horrible right of the bat. would never stay here but the cancellation fees cost more than the room. Worst hotel experience I've ever seen. Huge dead beetles, possibly cockroaches, all over the floor. Had to practically beg for riley paper since there was none in the room when I got there. Hair all over the bed from previous tenants. Was chastised for ringing the bell twice, even though she didn't answer the first tinse or when I knocked on her door. Such an incredibly horrendous and aggravating experience. I wish i could give negative stars.

Our stay was terrible. The owner was incredibly rude! We smoke but requested a non-smoking room. We always smoke outside. We were away from the doors to the rooms. When the owner saw this, she said she could get us a smoking room. I told her we never smoke indoors, even at home. After this confrontation, she refused to even talk to us. Our daughter was coming the next night and we had reserved her room. I went to the window with my daughter and the owner told her that she didn't even want to speak to me or my husband. There was absolutely no reason to be treated like this! We will never be staying there again!
