家族３人でベットのお部屋に宿泊しました。リフォームして以前の客室２つをつなぎ合わせた部屋で、トイレなどは以前の間取り、位置でした。広めのスペースではありました。お風呂は移動距離はありますが、それぞれの温泉を楽しめて良かったです。 食事はカニ１０種とステーキ料理の食事で楽しく、美味しくいただきましたが、カニの天ぷらは衣が硬く、食べても蟹の味がせず油、衣食べてる感じ。あれなら、出さないほうがいいです。衣を外して食べようとしても、ほぼカニが見当たらない。残念でした。 フロントのスタッフの対応は良かったです。

1.雖然語言不通,但辦理住宿人員仍很有耐心的解釋,雖然這是大家覺得很基本的事,但因隔一天另一住宿地點的服務人員就不是這種態度,所以相對住宿人員願意耐心和我們溝通還是一件很讓人值得感謝的事情. 2.餐廳人員也很熱情的招呼,服務員只要看到我們或許有疑問的感覺,就會馬上過來詢問並幫忙解決. 3.午晚餐的自助餐點以這種價位住到有溫泉又一泊二食的,算是很讚,而且又是三館的溫泉都可以使用,環境大又舒服.真的很值得.

おまかせのベッドの部屋が古くて狭くて寝返りうつと落ちるの、いくら安くても2度と泊まりたくない。 カニの天ぷらは衣が油まみれで不味かった。サラダコーナートマトがないし ショボくて…こんなに食べる物がないってかなりがっかりでした。 すごく騒いでいる子供が隣り合わせでみんな嫌な顔していて両親は全く注意せず…本当に無理です。 朝の厚焼き*も不味かった。ヨーグルトも補充されていないので食べられなかった。残念でした。

叔父の米寿のお祝い旅行で、家族、親戚あわせて総勢10名で1泊しました。夕食は和食の「羽山」にしました。料理の質・量ともに大変良かったです。なかでも、カニの釜めしがお茶わん1杯分でちょうど良く、前沢牛のしゃぶしゃぶも満足できるボリュームと美味しさでした。お祝い用の鯛のお造りは、鮮度の良さに一同喜んでました。また、スタッフの皆さんの心配りがとても良くて、居心地の良い滞在でした。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

お風呂は野天風呂無し、サウナ、壺湯、打たせ湯、地下一階エレベーターの近くで行きやすい、食事は普通バイキング、小鉢が多い、カニの身入りまあまあ、ツイン部屋お任せプランで比較的広い部屋に当たりました、他の館に渡り廊下で行けば他のお風呂に行ける。

10月10日過ぎなのにチェックイン時にフロントで全館エアコンが冷房の設定になっているので電源を入れると冷たい風しか出ません。なので電源は入れないで下さいと言われ驚きました。予約画面に大きく記載されていたら予約するか悩んだと思います。 時期によっては確認してから予約した方が良いです。朝5時に寒くて目が覚めました。 6時過ぎに眠れないので煙草を吸いに外の喫煙所に行くと外の温度計は6度。それは起きるし寝れないよ。 何故か夜も朝も室内の喫煙所は使用停止で冷えた体なのに外の喫煙所しか選べない。喫煙ルームが空いてればまた違う感想かもしれないけど、暖房費の高騰でそうなってるのか何なのかわからないけど、昼間だって20度を切ってある日が続いているのだから快適に泊まって欲しい気遣いは感じられない。 予約してある方は暖房に変わったか確認して服装を検討した方が良いと思います。

こちらはお盆期間でも他のホテルの様に価格が跳ね上がらないので、１６日に我々夫婦と娘家族（孫１）で二部屋で泊りました。概ね快適でした。ただ娘がいうには部屋のお風呂の浴槽や排水溝に髪の毛が結構な量があり、気持ち悪いと言っていたので、確認してみる確かに浴槽内に長い髪が１本、横の排水溝には多数の髪がとぐろ上につまっておりました。これはやはり頂けませんね。掃除後の最終チェック体制が必要かと思います。それ以外は特段の不満もなく、たのしくおいしく過ごすことができました。
