The spring quality of Hanamaki Onsen is good, and your body will be slippery after washing. However, the quality of the staff is not very good. When I checked out, I had already deducted money from the website and asked me to swipe my card again. When I explained it to him, He didn't understand much English, but fortunately he discovered the mistake in the end and didn't pay twice. The dinner buffet is quite rich, recommended!

Take the Shinkansen to Shin-Hanamaki and take the hotel shuttle bus. The transportation is very convenient. The welcome drinks and rest area are provided on site, which is very considerate. The front desk and on-site reception staff are also very kind and welcoming. The room is also very clean and tidy; the key is to stay in one. In the hotel, you can actually experience the large baths of three hotels in the area, enjoy different landscapes and exclusive baths, it is really worth recommending. The breakfast and dinner dishes are all very distinctive local delicacies. The portions are large and delicious. The dining environment is also very spacious. It is really a pleasure to enjoy delicious food after soaking in the hot springs! Everyone said they would like to come again next time. This is a good hot spring hotel that I sincerely recommend!

The service staff are very kind and polite. There is a free shuttle bus to Shin-Hanamaki Station. The transportation is very convenient. There are connecting passages between the three hotels. You can soak in the hot springs of three hotels if you stay in one hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. , it is delicious, the dining location is different from that of group guests, and the dining environment is good

I stayed on the 6th floor of the newly renovated Hotel Hanamaki. The room was great! A round cushion instead of a zaisu chair? A square tatami mat! The view outside was also great. The dinner buffet and breakfast were both good ♡ I ate too much (*^_^*) If the buffet venue had stroller rentals, baby chairs with waist belts, or chairs that could be attached to tables, children under 1 year old could be fed safely. ...Just one more thing... the white wood in the large bath? Was it a log? It was a bit slimy, which bothered me. I hope they continue with the shampoo buffet. I'm already excited about when I'll go next...

I stayed at Hotel Hanamaki. There were so many people in the public bath right after I arrived that there were no seats, but when I went there the next day around 4am, there was no one there and I was able to relax. However, the hallway on the first ba*****t floor is quite dark in the morning, so combined with the slight creaking sound of the elevator, it gives you an extraordinary experience like a horror game. The dining venue is Hotel Senshukaku, so if you don't want to walk down a walkway or transfer elevators, it might be better to stay at Hotel Senshukaku.

I live in the prefecture and have stayed here several times. I was more satisfied this time than ever before. The cleaning was perfect, the employees were friendly, and the show planned during the Golden Week was a little boring but typical of Iwate. The renovated bedroom was spacious and relaxing, but one drawback was that the distance and route required to move within the building and to a sister building was complicated, making it a bit difficult for me, an elderly person with a lack of direction. Also, it would have been even better if the breakfast buffet's toaster was rotary. However, I would like to use it again.

On that day, I made a reservation and stayed. The staff greeted everyone and were very kind. The hot springs were good, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. I was a little depressed, so I thought it was good to go. The front desk explained it carefully, but were you nervous? I couldn't see a smile 💦 If you can make a smile, the a**osphere of the hotel will also change. I still want to use it.

I stayed one night with my family and mother at the end of the year after a long time. I think that the inside of the building is clean and infection control is sufficient. However, the employee's face shield at the dining venue felt overdone, and I was worried that it would adversely affect the employee's health condition. The room was a 4-bedroom that was renewed in December. The room is spacious, but there is no place to put each person's luggage, so we have to put it on the floor. There is a luggage stand in front of the washroom, but I thought it would be convenient if there was a small table next to each bed or in the space in front of the window. Also, the sofa set is better than sitting 4 people in an L shape. I felt that it would be easier if there were two stools.
