Hanau am Main Hotels with Wi-Fi

Stayed here to watch my son play hockey at the local hockey club. Easy access to frankfurt Airport and city. Plenty of nice cafes in hanau too. Room was clean and well equipped as was bathroom. Enjoyed the small but functional gym room too Breakfast had a good selection of quality items, replenished frequently throughout service. Staff attentive and friendly Perhaps a coffee machine in room would be a nice touch!

The hotel Villa Stockum is not part of the hotel. The reception is obsessed over the day, but the staff is usually on the way, otherwise no one is there! Although there is a (!) service in the restaurant in which there is only breakfast, but the reception is only obsessed from 08.00 clock. Check out before is adventureful. Fortunately you can request the bill via email, with even more luck you get one. The service - if any - is unfriendly and unmotivated. The bar is closed, the restaurant is closed. Good that there are alternatives - Best Western is no longer!!!

Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren Ich war vom 11. -13. November 2022 Gast im Hotel Plaza in Hanau. Gerne möchte ich Sie darüber Informieren, dass das Hotel nicht den Sicherheit Vorschriften entspricht. Der Grund dafür ist wie folgt, im späteren Abend (Uhr 00:30) konnte ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer da der Schlüssel nicht mehr funktionierte. Darauf hin haben wir mehrmals probiert (mit dem Notruf der Polizei und der Feuerwehr ) das betreffenden Personal über die Notfall Nummer anzurufen (ohne erfolg das Telefon war ausgeschaltet). Die Rezeption war die ganze Nacht nicht besetzt. Es gibt zweit Notfall Nummer, die eine im Aufzug ist ungültig und die anderen an der Rezeption ausgeschaltet. In diesem falle ist es unverantwortlich, dass ein Hotel mit über 100 Betten keine Nachportier hat der Dienst hat. Die Polizei hat mich gegen Uhr 03:10 angerufen und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden gefunden haben, die mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich bitte Sie diese Bewertung in ihres Hotelportal zu veröffentlichen damit die Gäste kein unnötiges Risiko eingehen müssen weil eine Hotelkette mit Sparmaßnahmen die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste aufs spiel setzt. Multi-storied hotel located in the outer region of Hanau. The hotel is on a quieter street away from the city center, which was nice. The downstairs dining area is open for breakfast, and had good offerings to start the day. There was also a vending machine with cold alcohol if you desired that. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern and new furnishings. Staff was also extremely friendly at all times. Would return again!
