Bed made a lot of noise. Then when I went out to get something from my car. A man undressed with the curtains wide opened was starrng at me. Very creepy. I turned my head away. I only noticed as I was walking back to enter the foyer. It was hard not to miss, cuz it was 1st or 2 nd window to entrance. Not at all happy. I should of complained ,but decided to let it go. Creeper.

If I could give this place negative five hundred stars, I would. The meth head unhinged housekeeper kicked me out of the hotel without a refund for my nights I was forced to forfeit because I requested housekeeping did not freshen my room. I'm a remote worker and I can't have a housekeeper in my room during my work shift as I need a quiet space per my job requirements in a call center. The male house keeper said management - who I could not speak to, get a phone number for, or confirm with, they said he "only comes to the property once every few weeks" - told him this. The other housekeepers seemed unaware of this. The front desk staff was unaware of this. The dude looks like a convict who just got out of rehab, and decided (probably while on something) presumably this on his own. I had caused no problems there and was frequently rebooking due to not knowing my length of stay, in the area while assisting a local family member who was finalizing a divorce and needed assistance. It was the worst, most insulting, aggressive and unhinged experience I've ever had in an establishment. It's unsafe there - oh and the place is grungy. Here is a pic of spilled food that sat in the front entrance for hours. Maybe if the housekeepers weren't so busy deciding who should stay there who shouldn't they could do their actual jobs and clean up actual filth on the property. Somebody swept that and did not even mop the area, and they're still crusty food there as I write this.

I canceled my stay a week and a half prior to my trip and they still charged me. I never checked in and they still charged me

The bed was way too small for the bed frame, and there were no spoons nor any cutlery in the breakfast room, and hardly any food. I wanted an extra blanket or two, but the attendant said there were few even though the place was empty.

Parking was ok and shops around the place was easy to get to. The best thing about my visit was the house keeping ladies we're very nice helpful and did a incredible job on keeping the room clean so thank you to house keeping

Room was clean but the hot water turned cold in the middle of my shower. The faucet was dangling from the wall.

Terrible experience! Checked into a dirty room and then moved to motel style room that was in awful disrepair! TV didn’t work, cigarette holes in comforter, stains everywhere, faucet leaked water all over counter in bathroom, etc. When brought to Front Desk attention, they were very apologetic but couldn’t do anything without a manager who never called me back. When I called to follow up, they told me $10 discount is all the OWNER would approve! Shameful! Clearly not looking to be in business long term …

The motel is older. My family stayed there about 12 years ago for a local family event. And, I recently stayed there for an extended family event. The place, although worn, remains clean. The room it’s self has bumps and bruises, chipped paint on the trim, wall patches in the bathroom, yet everything was functional… plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, Bed/bedding was fresh, and comfortable. I was very disappointed in the advertised breakfast, coffee, milk, OJ, and carbs that are found down the street at the local “Sheetz”.
