Her human quality is greatly appreciated, since many times you find people who are parsimonious and dry when responding and she is the complete opposite. The place is nice, very clean and comfortable. They have a recycling area which stood out greatly. We were in cabin 3, equipped perfect for a couple. The fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. We recommend the place 100%. If we went again, we would not hesitate to go to Anakena cabins.

We were from December 5 to 12, 2022. During the stay there was never a concierge except 24 hours. The only person we could consult with was the lady who cleaned the cabins, she was 100% friendly. We arrived and the room they had for us was with two beds and we had paid for a matrimonial bed, so they assigned us another room and the last day we just came to meet the person in charge of the cabins. That is very bad, since we were only 2 families in the entire pension and there was no one to guide us. And worse, a cat that entered the cabins and took things to eat.

We stayed in a cabin for four nights. Our room had two single beds, a fridge, and a private bathroom with a shower. There were kitchen facilities to share with pans for cooking. Dishes to eat off were in the cabin. The staff was very friendly. We were greeted at the airport at 11:30 PM with a lei and a sign with our name on. They provided a shuttle to and from the airport. The owner has limited English and we communicated through pantamine. They were very friendly and cleaned our room every day. It is a 15 minute walk to the restaurant and markets. It is located south of the airport.
