The sanitation of the hotel is very general, and the cups used by the guests have not been washed. At that time, there was no public toilet and shower room at the time of booking, and there was a feeling of being cheated.

Was about as close to the caves I could have wanted to be. Extremely large rooms with an oversized king and two twin beds. Mini fridge appliances and a hotpot for coffee. Perfect if you want to just visit the caves and move on.

This time I went to the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and searched nearby hotels and found a B&B with breakfast. The room was beautiful and warm, and the owner was super welcoming. He took us around and told us that the fruit is all you can eat. All you can drink coffee. There is also a super sticky cat and a very smart Wang.. 😄 Breakfast is very rich and delicious, very lucky.. Experience full marks 💯

We spent a very enjoyable couple of nights here in our campervan on our way down the north island. The site itself was quiet and secluded, with a number of animals nearby, including cows, sheep, pigs and a deer! The communal facilities are comprehensive and clean, with extensive and comfortable seating both inside and on the large verandah which surrounds the building. But what makes Juno Hall particularly special is Dave, the manager (and his dog, George), who has a quirky sense of humour and a heart of gold, often going above and beyond to help guests and is also a mine of information. Go visit - it is a gem!

We stayed here for 2 nights in January/February 2020 and chose this location based on Tripadvisor's comments. At first glance we thought we would be disappointed when we got on the bus to the hotel. It looked like a regular motel outside along the highway. But this place is much more than it looks. Our room was large with high ceilings and complete kitchenette overlooking the stream behind. The place was spotless and everything went well. Although we have a kitchen in the unit, there is still a guest kitchen for any room, and no one - with cooking utensils, ovens, stoves, microwaves, etc. There is a great coffee shop/cafe across the street - but it is closed at noon in the afternoon. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area..
