草原特色的蒙古包，面積和裝飾都不錯，獨立衞生間，精緻而五臟齊全，住的很舒服。前台和服務的小姐姐小哥哥們，笑臉相迎，服務優質，員工小高工作熱情謙虛，值得表揚。幾大表演項目演員非常有功底，真不錯。鄂爾多斯草原給我們的印象非常好，謝謝！

推薦，以往對於景區內的酒店都有一個刻板影響很貴，而且服務不好，但是這次鄂爾多斯草原之旅讓我有了改觀，前台很熱情，好客，服務很好，酒店性價比也很高，早上拉開窗簾映入眼簾的就是青青草地，整個人心曠神怡。酒店的早餐也好吃😀

房間是蒙古包形態的，出了點問題換房解決了。整體體驗還不錯~房間的觀景也很棒~前台的小姐姐小徐小雷服務態度也還可以。

環境整潔，服務熱情。蒙古包裏住一晚，遊覽草原，參加篝火晚會，觀看演出，感覺很方便。暑假裏還會帶小孩來住。

好於預期的蒙古包，優點是環境還比較乾淨，景觀也還不錯，缺點是洗澡熱水會很快用完然後要再燒半小時水，早餐也非常普通，隔音一般
鄂爾多斯草原項目也比較多，遛娃可以體驗一晚，算比較新的蒙古包，娃挺喜歡的

必須給大大的好評，這次出遊帶着媽媽出來，到地方已經十點多了，接待我們的小姐姐非常耐心，可以説是不辭辛苦的帶我們看各種房型，直到我們選擇滿意了，原本定的觀景房因為裝修，還幫我們申請了二樓的高級觀景房，真的是辛苦費旅途中得到了温暖，這是我們的行程第一天，感動，感謝，所有工作人員都很友好的打招呼，內蒙印象狠狠加分，而且寵物友好，但大家一定要保證房間的整潔，因為自己也是做服務業的，有這樣的員工，真的是件自豪的事情
