Facilities: The facilities matched the online description and met my expectations. All the bathroom fixtures, hardware, and appliances were of high quality, making them convenient and comfortable to use. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned; I didn't find any noticeable flaws or imperfections. Ambiance: While the room itself and public areas like the restaurant weren't exceptionally large, they were tastefully designed, quite clever, and practical. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. My double room faced residential buildings that were quite close, so the window view was practically non-existent. If a view is important to you, please take note of the room type when booking. Service: The service deserves a special mention! The hotel offers laundry and drying services, which was a huge help during the summer heat and saved my family the effort of washing clothes. In the evenings, they also delivered sweet soups (like red bean soup and white fungus soup) to our room. The quality was superb, and the flavors were authentic – tasting genuinely freshly prepared. I really loved this thoughtful touch and hope they continue it. Other services were attentive and thorough; all reasonable requests were promptly fulfilled, such as providing extra bottled water and luggage storage. Overall, I'm very satisfied and hope they maintain their excellent standards. Highly recommended!

I cancelled another hotel and booked this hotel the night before I stayed. I stayed in Hampton by Hilton in Kunming before and was sure it wouldn’t disappoint. However, contrary to what I read from the reviews, the hotel wasn’t as near to the metro as I thought. There was only one decent shopping mall Gda within walking distance. When I first entered the hotel room, I was greeted by a weird smell. Initially I couldn’t make out whether it was my socks that smelled or it was the room as I was sweating due to the extreme temperature in Hangzhou. As I went in and out a few more times, I was sure it was the carpet that had the stinky smell but after a while, my nose sort of got accustomed to the smell and felt nothing. As it was my last night in Hangzhou and I wouldn’t be in the room all the time, I didn’t make a fuss. Another point to note is: cars were not allowed to park in front of the hotel and if you were to book didi, you have to go to the bank beside the hotel to be picked up. I booked didi a few times and the car would usually stop by the roadside near the bank and one would have to react very fast, especially when you have a lot of luggage.
