Spacious room and extremely clean. Just a few minutes walk to Hefang Street. Many boutique shops and cafes next to the hotel. There's a 24hours braised mutton shop nearby.
Short walk to metro station. Staff are very friendly and helpful - even helped us to order ******* take-away (as supper) because we didn't have an account.

The accommodation was great and clean, with a beautiful design. The service was excellent, and you can just step out to shop and dine. It wasn't noisy at night, and the room was very spacious. Big thanks to the front desk for the complimentary room upgrade! 💯

place is okay. big enough for two ppl and two big luggage. the room is auto-hot air only by default during the nov period, this made the room very stuffy and no air movement all. only when we spoke to the staff twice and only the night staff were agreeable to help on the cool air for the room - the morning staff did not want to do this at all. generally the staff was not very willing to help & unfriendly. only the youngest looking chap was willing to help & night staff was generally more amicable. the lady was making passes at us like we didn’t understand. location is okay, relatively near to west lake but need to take cab, walk is still abit far.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable and quiet. The mirror at the vanity is super convenient for makeup. The staff are also very polite and gentle. The TV has subscriptions, so you can watch anything, which is really handy, and it's far enough from the bed to watch comfortably. This place is genuinely good.

Nice hotel situated at the 南宋御街and near 清河坊步行街. 西湖is a short distance away fron the hotel. staff were courteous and friendly. rooms were clean and spacious, facing the main walkway. Enjoyed my stay here.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful, and it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Lines 1 and 7. However, cars cannot drop off directly in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel in a really nice area in the centre of Hangzhou, definitely great value for money. I didn't take the breakfast this time, there's good options around the hotel. The rooms were incredible for the price :)
